Red Wine:
(Must be applied immediately) Drench stain in club soda or white vinegar. Blot with clean cloth and sprinkle excessively with salt. Let sit for 4 minutes. Gather excess salt  away from stain. Use cold water to rub out  any remaining colour.
Blood:
(Must be applied immediately following mishap)  Sprinkle with salt and rinse with cold water. If possible soak in salt water.
Toilet Bowl Residue:
Pour generous amount of bleach into bowl and close lid. Let sit un-flushed overnight then scrub with toilet brush.
Baseboards:
A toothbrush and all purpose cleaner diluted in water goes a long way to removing dirt  from your baseboards and mouldings.  This method is by no way quick but the results are worth the elbow grease. Another option is a clean, damp, soapy rag or washcloth.
